- Start when all permits & approvals in place

Partner Provides
- Long-term site/ building lease (30-years)
- Site, building and fuel storage tanks / infrastructure to MKAL’s specification for Gen3 PtF plant
- All local, state & Federal approvals required to execute project;
legal, political, zoning, building, air quality, environmental, other - State or local business, renewable energy and/or fuel incentives, grants & tax credits
- Jobs & Investment
- Waste/Feedstock contracts 15 to 20 year minimum
